The cocktail list brings together the best of the back bar in a strong and simple style that is true to the classic origins of the cocktail.  Pages are dedicated to the noble Martini and the Champagne cocktail as well as more contemporary short and long drinks.  The focus is always on the base ingredients, you will not find any ‘vodka-plus-juice’ or creamy, stomach-filling drinks here.  With a reputation for staying abreast of the trends while keeping the classics alive, Matterhorn is the spiritual home of Ron Zacapa 23yr Rum,  Tanqueray Ten, Antica Formula Carpano Vermouth, 42 Below and numerous other iconic brands and is constantly striving to provide the best there is to offer in an everyday way.
