Open every day from 10am, with the knives out from 11am- late, serving full meals as well as boldly imaginative tapas and small plates for grazing into the small hours. While bookings are only taken at lunch time, any wait for a table can be spent enjoying a cocktail selected from the seasonal list or made to your specifications by some of the country’s best bartenders.
